And So the Hunt Begins Again

Skilful Morning or Afternoon, Where ever my fellow Gear Jammers may be
I am unfortunately back once again to seek out some advice or possible prospects for a new job. Luckily I am currently employed while typing this thank you to some of the moderators of this forum and their past suggestions and kind help. But the visitor is merely non a good fit for myself anymore.
And then I will try my best to keep this brusque and to the point as much every bit I can.
I currently piece of work for a Regional Visitor based in Northeast Ohio that runs Reefer, Dry-Van, and Flatbed. They primarily stick to Northeast Lanes with the occasional routes in the Mid-West and Southeast. I have been with them since Oct 31st of 2019 and all was well until the new twelvemonth when our Matrimony Contract came up and the company put its interest more so in their ain pockets than that of the drivers (not surprising).
Well with that being said, I myself having no prior experience with Unions existence from South Florida found myself in the mix of emotions, walk offs, and down correct pettiness that comes from such situations.
Recently is has been one thing after another for me such as my Truck having non-cease mechanical bug, ELD ever giving me malfunction errors, Trip Planners scheduling ridiculous loads with impractical delivery/pickup times, Dispatchers constantly riding me, Home fourth dimension going from a mix of 34-48 hours to strictly 34 hours or become told off for it, and now in the past 6 weeks I have seen Allentown, PA and then much that I remember I at present reside in the metropolis.
My question and need for communication is overwhelming at this junction in my career just as it was when I asked for similar advice well over 11 months ago. Then hopefully I don't sound ungrateful.
Here'due south my Experience and Qualifications afterwards I'll tell ya'll what I am in search of.
I take 10 Months Tractor Trailer Exp, 2 Months Flatbed, viii months doing Reefer.
I posses a CDL A with a Automatic Transmission Restriction (Thanks Amazon! *Sarcasm Intended*) and I accept a Tanker Endorsement but volition be going for my Doubles/Triples, and Hazmat shortly. I also posses a TWIC Card.I am looking for something Regional that runs Midwest and Southeast with little to no Northeast runs if possible. I would honey if their equipment has an APU and No Lane Depart/Assisted Braking if possible but can take it if need be. Near importantly being I'one thousand a new male parent and the sadness of being gone has been for some reason much more unbearable than I ever knew it would, I could really use more Hometime if its in the cards.
At present I have compiled a small-scale list of Carriers I take either seen on the road and done inquiry on or have spoken to swain truckers virtually so maybe one of those could exist a good selection and so with all that being said I hope I didn't ramble besides much for ya'll and I appreciate every piece of communication and info that you kind folks offering.
Sincerely,
J. Young a.k.a. Yardman Tubbsp.s.
